Helsinki English Camera Club May Meetup: Capturing Motion/pan shots

For our May meetup, we’ll be focusing on capturing motion and creating motion blur in an urban environment.

We’ll meet outside the main entrance of Oodi Library and spend the evening photographing moving subjects around the area. This session is a great opportunity to practise techniques such as panning and controlling shutter speed to create dynamic, expressive images.

The evening will begin with a short introduction, followed by a practical shooting session. Afterwards, we’ll head to a nearby bar for those who’d like to continue the conversation in a more relaxed setting.
